Q: Can I drop my child and go?
16 and above can attend by themselves at their own risk otherwise children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Q: What age children are welcome?
All ages are welcome but some of the activities are tailored towards certain ages groups - please see schedule for details.
Q: Are pets allowed?
No
Q: Can I pay with cash?
The bar, food trucks, tokens and entrance can all be paid for with cash but activities must be paid for in tokens. Tokens are available to buy online, at the entrance and at the bar.
Q: What if it rains, can I get a refund?
The event will still go ahead with light rain, however in case of inclement weather we will move the event to 8th November and your tickets will still be valid for that date.
Q: Do children need to be supervised on the activities?
No, there will be supervisors guiding your children, but if you would like to get involved you are also more than welcome to join the activities.
Q: Is there a baby changing facility available?
Yes in the bathroom
Q: Can I bring my own food and drink?
You can bring water and baby food otherwise there will be plenty of delicious healthy food available from our selection of vendors.
Q: What shall I bring with me on the day?
towels and togs, umbrella, sun cream, hat, warm clothes, change of clothes, marshmallows to roast on the fire, camping gear if staying over.
Q: Can the whole family use the sauna and ice bath?
Yes, the facility is supervised at all times
Q: What is your waste and recycling policy?
Recyclable materials will be used wherever possible and proper waste management will continue throughout the event in accordance with best environmental practice.
Q: Can I park my car at the venue?
You can purchase limited car parking spaces at the venue and 2 doors down in a dedicated area.
Q: How does the camping work?
Bring your own tent, bedding and equipment however no cooking devices are allowed. Breakfast and coffee are available to purchase in the morning. Electricity, water, showers and toilets are available on-site. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.

Q: What should I wear?
Festival glam, glitter and feathers are all encouraged! Or perhaps that sailor suit you always wanted to wear but never got the chance. Lets make this a festival with a bang for the kids! (Kids might need a change of clothes in case they get muddy or wet).
